A rotating disc is situated at the bottom of a stationary tub. As the disc rotates it generates a cyclone eddy flow. Finishing aggressiveness of this machine is classified between Centrifugal Barrel Finishing Machine and Vibratory Barrel Finishing Machines. It is easy to operate and easily automated. General-purpose Machine Vibratory barrel 1.5 to 2

A vibratory motor and a bowl are mounted on springs. The motor shaft is mounted with eccentric weights on both the top and bottom. Flow is generated and adjusted by the frequency of motor rpm. The flow speed is slow but the friction force created is large due to the acceleration generated by vibrations. High capacity and efficiency is achieved thus a superior choice for mass production. General-purpose Machine Rotary Barrel 1
40% to 60%
An octagonal shaped barrel rotates at a relatively low speed generating a sliding layer. Finishing aggressiveness is rather low but operation efficiency is high which contributes to lower labor costs.  Centrifugal Barrel    
 Rotary Barrel    
 As for the Centrifugal Barrel, a main shaft and the barrel shafts are mounted on the same pulley. As the pulley rotates a planetary motion is generated. This revolution generates the centrifugal force and a strong pressure in the barrel.
 As for the Rotary Barrel, the contents are churned upwards toward the top and slides downwards due to the gravitational force.
 * The motion of the contents in a rotary barrel and a centrifugal barrel are the same.

 Centrifugal Disc Finishing
 As the disc rotates a centrifugal force is generated and the accelerated contents rise upwards along the sidewall of the stationary tub. Then at the top dead center, the contents lose the upward acceleration and flow downwards like an eddy flow due to the gravitational force.

 Vibratory Barrel
 A vibratory motor, mounted with eccentric weights, generates 3D vibratory movement as it rotates on its axis. This generates a vibrating spiral movement of the contents.
